Steps for Using Foot Crack Repair Stick:
1. Prepare your feet (optional but recommended): Wipe dry your feet first, especially the cracked areas (like heels and soles). For better absorption, you can gently clean and pat dry your feet with warm water beforehand—avoid over-soaking, as it may strip natural oils. If there’s thick, flaky dead skin, gently exfoliate it with a soft foot file (once a week) before use to help the stick’s ingredients penetrate deeper.
2. Twist up the stick: Rotate the bottom of the care stick tube to push up a small amount (about 2-3mm) of the solid product. Do not twist out too much, as it may break easily.
3. Apply to target areas: Glide the stick directly over dry, rough, or cracked parts of your feet. Focus on high-stress areas such as heels, the edges of soles, and toe creases. You can repeat the gliding motion 1-2 times to ensure even coverage, but avoid applying too thickly (a thin layer is sufficient for absorption).
4. Let it absorb (if needed): The stick’s formula is designed to melt quickly on contact with skin. Wait 10-20 seconds for it to fully absorb—there’s no need to rinse. It leaves little to no greasiness, so you can put on socks or shoes right after use.
5. Clean up and store: After application, twist the bottom of the tube to retract the remaining product back into the container. Close the cap tightly and store it in a cool, dry place (avoid direct sunlight or high temperatures, which may cause the product to melt).
6. Recommended frequency: Use 2-3 times a day (e.g., after washing feet, before going out, or before bed) for dry/cracked feet. For daily prevention, use once a day to maintain foot moisture.
